Honestly, I think the male characters in the game look better than the female ones. The newer female chars have improved, but a lot of them still got those super sharp chins and weird head shapes

Would be cool to get a new male LD tho especially since in Etheria Restart they look so great

Most of their playerbase are men. Most men are straight. Straight men like women. Hence more female characters makes more money.

most men like male anime characters. goku, naruto etc. i think the gacha community is only like this cause alot of games are sold with the main character being male and alot more then female. Lots of people are mad about the witcher 4 having the female take the lead this time. Personally i really dont give af as long as the art and story is good.

Yeah a lot of gacha demographic is male and is targeted towards male players hence why waifus sell a lot. If we wanted action and sports, then we got football, nba and other physical activities which is male dominant. Men are just more physically competetive in that accept and thats why there is a huge gap in interest between male sports and female sports.

Gacha is a product and sex sells so thats why female characters which are eye candy sell more compared to males in gacha games
