Hi @regal forge your mindset of how to farm was correct most people only farm module during the 2x and farm shells for the majority of the time. So you haven’t made any mistake there.

You really don’t need to focus on farming gear until your reach Hell3 or Hell4. I managed to clear every Hell 4 dungeons using mostly Outstanding gear and only having a few piece of Mythic gears on my characters.

You only need to use Mythic gear on the right side gear pieces because they give you a higher percentage main stat. The left side can stay as outstanding gear.

What you do need to focus on is making sure that your shells are at max level and fully awakened. After that you should make sure to roll on the first and second shell passives. Try to at least get Yellow passives at the minimum.

Investing in Shadow Sania is one of the best decisions you could have made. Shadow Sania can clear some of the harderst content in the game with Shadow sania. Her team requirements is high but that shouldn’t a problem for you since you have Lily

But are you sure? To be honest my Modules are still pretty trash because during the last x2 I could only clear Hell 2–3 in Threshold.

So what should I do now? wait for the next x2 to farm Modules while continuing Grim Pursuit (I can reach Hell Rengoku but only can auto Niconana Hell and Sharon Hell, so I mostly farm those), or start farming Modules now so I can push for Hell 4 or Inferno in Threshold/Grim Pursuit sooner?

Also, what should I prioritize? Modules, Shells, or leveling new Animus? and any realistic build targets or module stats I should aim for? Appreciate any tips!

I know shadow Sania is good, but it still was one of my regrets in the early game because I spent my materials on her and she wasn't strong enough to carry my team. It really made things difficult for me in the early stages.

You should use this feature to figure out what Animus you might have that will help you clear these stages. You can even sort it by specific Animus. I would recommend to pick filter by the DPS you want to use first and see what team show up. You try the Shadow Sania teams that are listed. It even shows you what their equipment were and what level of lattice investment they have in their skills. As well as their shells and shell passives

Yes, wait for the next 2x before farming module and instead keep farming shells. I would only recommend farming module outside of 2x if you’re farming Inferno stages because Inferno gear is hard to get.

If you don’t have a good Revelation shell for Yeli than I would recommend you farm Hoyan. Shadow Sania is one of the best unit to farm Hoyan

You should only max out DPS like Shadow sania for early game. You don’t have to 6 star too many other units until you get to Inferno. And even then It’s mostly the units you need to be the fastest.

You pretty much have them. Yeli, Lily and Shadow Sania are the best unit for PVE. If you’re having trouble with these 3 it’s probably team building issues or speed tuning.

Make sure to use the recommended filter options to help you with team building

Also you don’t need to fully lattice an SSR unit. Only lattice what you need to. Yeli for example is one of the few units that need to be completely lattice on every skill

Yeah, I’ve noticed that too, people seem pretty unsure.
Some say once every 3 weeks, others say once every 4.

basically the dev team promised it'd be 4-6 weeks between each 4x event, however, the past 3 2x's it's been 3 weeks apart

the first time was to introduce 4x double stamina consumption

the 2nd time was surprising didn't think they'd keep it, it was before the global launch event

and the 3rd time was to align the 3 weeks schedule after global launch being released so CN KR JP can experience their 1st 2x

the game revolves around building plenty of units for both PvE and events (events like infinity train and rumble cage and dreamscape and ethernet rally). so don't feel too discouraged about having a unit feel useful because they'll be useful somewhere regardless, especially with your account where it's on the newer side still

and yeah, shell farming outside of 2x, and farming your modules, GP stuff (the prowess materials) on 2x is optimal

niconana hell still? you're a bit behind on that, focus on niconana inferno, i'm guessing it's mainly a team comp issue and maybe a bit of shell/gear. did u ever tell us ur team for niconana inferno
