Hoyan is made to 5th counterpick, she can 1v4 if well picked, so the opponent HAS to ban her. Which lets u have another slot that won't be banned which is really powerful (plume,lily or whatever)

This is accurate. She is meant counter any cleave thats not mess. However cleave is just in such a bad position that most people are playing bruiser. And she is good.
Even if she isnt good, we need to stop asking them to buff every single unit. Our lattice income is already so limited, if they keep buffing everything to be super good, the lack of lattice is gonna feel even more overwhelming

that's not it. cleave cc is always 2 dispell + 2 cc if they lock dps so hoyan is easily clapped. only few ppl running tsukiyomi cleave without messiah nowadays

that's it bro, most of cleave is running cc now. tsuki cleave is mostly use messiah as their dps which is hoyan can't do nothing about it
