For healers like linguo and sania in bruiser are gigabyte/reaper steps with swiftrush + bloodbath good for pvp in bruiser teams? Can I use this instead of strive+bloodbath+ 6 piece?

you could, but i think strive gets you more turn% in the bruiser fights. especially with reaper steps
