kay so seeing the clip, I have no idea cuz i dont have rosa. I can see triple resistance so
imo there's a conflict between the debuffs
can you try doing that without plume ?
maybe plume's cursed quill cant stack with rosa's thing
also, does this happen everytime or just this once ?

The only thing I can suggest is to maybe build more eff acc on rosa so she can land her debuff more often. Ig aurora eff res is too high for her base accuracy to land

yea good question, does Rosa need effacc? Since it seems to land very often for me with 0 effacc.. shouldn't it miss far more often as long as enemies have any res
