Use lily instead of tsukiyo mi, I think she needs some lattices to work well

Rosa should be on momentum since viper+dinah applies 5 debuffs

rosa's skill 3 adds one, so it makes 6

The runs I just watched used Holden instead of viper, because holden puts a -res debuff, to make landing dinah's debuffs easier
