this happens to every character. it's the arena loadouts not correctly updating characters when you invest into their prowess. relogging fixes it.

That sucks. Really wished she was bugged so devs could fix her. Oh well guess need to wait RTA reset before she will be buffed by the devs. This is what happens when actual players don't get to test her out in beta to give feedback like how HSR does it.
