i mean she can be used but in most pve scenario shes heavily reliant on good gears

She's good at her role

A good build for her would be law of silence with bloodbath, fury and furyedge as her matrixes

This is more for a bruiser setup

But it also works as a general cc counter even

Limited knowledge/experience here, but I've been using revenge set with bloodbath. Thinking is that she can proc a revenge hit and regain hp, and/or soak up some hits to gain a turn and regain hp or nuke a unit.
Take this with a grain of salt, as one of my favorite units is Vice and Liliam kinda gives me that vibe so far.

I didn't read what these coppers said she's not the worst in PvE diting covers a lot of what she does but Samool on YT has some good Lilliam teams for content and Lilliam is quite good in PvP

Don't listen to these guys who seem to spend more time in global chat than farming

I believe it's Breads on YT that has Lilliam PvP content if you want to look into that aspect of things

C2 is trolling. Lilliam is a better diting. Diting lacks a whole second skill as lilliam skill 2 is an execute doing damage of an entire second ult. She meta for team one shots.

She just requires further investment with gold lattice which early game you need to focus on an aoe damage unit.

For pvp Fury keeneye(incomplete) bloodbath.

She also doubles as an amazing late game pvp unit and you run count for pve and law of silence for pvp.
