I remember watching dev talk and being hyped with description of DreamScape Event. The "most rewarding event ever." All of events you have done until today were already huge DISAPPOINMENT and you toped all of them with DreamScape. Its not only full rng what you get with your event coins and its also PAY TO PLAY! As a low spender im not going to buy a single key for 300 damn gems to get 99% NOTHING in return. Enough with rng in every freaking event where we cant even clear 20% of the shop if we are just unlucky. Im on the edge of uninstalling game thanks to your poor decisions and gambling addicts. Either make the events "fair" or dont even make any events because only feedback your gonna get with your gambling addicts will be the same as this one from most people and worst part is 99% of them wont even feedback they will just quit.

one of my guildies described this game as "waiting room" for upcoming better gacha and i wouldnt agree more. at this point everyone waits something better to get to hell outta here

if the intent of this event is to bring joy or excitement, well they failed miserably.
if the intent is to destroy any semblance of good faith and bring about frustration, well they succeeded amazingly.
the fact that this event was "TESTED" and was released in this state is honestly alarming and the response to the complaints are "We'Re sTilLL GaTheRing DatA & EvErYtHiNG WiLL BaLanCe OuT" is honestly a great reflection of the current state of the game is: a beta test.

nah what was shit was they fixed a bug within the event, did not retroactively apply, threw 100 hydra at us and called it a day
no comms or anything admitting to it, just dead silence
made people rerun, could of been an easy fix and simple compensation but this silence speaks louder then anything
