We aren't the devs so it's easier to organize and pass things forward with ticket numbers from reports. It makes the process easier for pm to track, move ticket around internally, etc.

Sounds like bad faith to me.

Expecting players to monitor and report cheaters implies the company is delaying or outright avoiding proper enforcement mechanisms. In a commercial context - players spend money or invest significant time into this game. There should be a minimum standard of fairness and security. The leaderboard has been like this for days yet there hasn't been any transparency or improvement made.

This game has a cheating problem (Volkin even show one hacker on etherena) and the devs doesn't seem to be able to keep and enforce their "fair play" rules properly.
