there are 2 different builds: fast and slow
for fast you want to cut enemy's dps and use S2 to reset them. that's his entire purpose as you'll go all in on spd and there will be no room left for DEF and crit. as it's a fast build it's naturally very very expensive and RNG. unless you're a giga whale with insane substats this one i don't recommend

slow is simply bloodbath + strive/bulwark + colossguard. you want at least 90% crit rate and then focus on DEF%. 1 crit mainstat is usually enough for this. you basically become immortal and kill the enemy through counters. strive and fuku if you have her also really helps with taking turns and covering for your lack of spd

shells i use artisan but when i get a good LH with desired matrix effects i will immediately swap to it

Lighthouse is especially good on him because you just boost and reset (or pop lmao) their dps
