Well done on the current changes. One thing that appears to be missing is more ways to earn R skill ups. These units should be the most basic F2P units in the game and you should be able to max one weekly if you really wanted to. 5 skill ups in the arena shop only is a light. These should be given out like candy. Arena shop, union shop, ether net rewards, ember trek rewards, etc.\

Yeah there is 0 chance I am using that lol. That is saved for golden lattice only.

Plus, that isn't really a F2P option. They are forced to save it for golden lattice. The most sense is adding it to the union shop.
