To be fair, as a Raid player, I'm very used to gear costing between 1-3M silver for a full upgrade, but there i can get that from scrapping less than a day's grinding of crap gear and then some. Can also get materials regularly to craft more gear, which usually is crap and can be sold... While the cost to level something isn't much different, the sheer volume of currency I get there makes it significantly less painful. To that end, a substantial increase to the sale price of modules, particularly those with levels already invested, as well as an increase to the drop values of coins in a given run should alleviate most of the problem. Same goes for shells. Shells do have a better return, but it's still nowhere near where it needs to be to make up for the insane cost to upgrade/reconfig them.
