I'm fine with ER having hard PvE. Just not on the crap players need to farm 24/7 to access the rest of the game. If it's like the monthly rotational content or a one-time time clear thing, that's the perfect content to make challenging. Like I personally never complained about the Cage Rumble event because I felt like it was a great spot to scale difficulty

But like when you have 45 min fights in some of the worse weeks of Trek plus back then we were doing full NM + HM clears that shit was taking hours.

Then you have Rally which for a lot of players you were just essentially locked out of progging past certain points due to lack of usable units, resources, x. Not even mentioning some of the early overtuned fights like Tiamat. That also took a few hours

Then like eventually 45min+ Anisync bosses where THIS is feel like was the perfect place to scale difficulty

Meanwhile people were background battling (and for many failing a lot) in Thresholds the entire day.

Like they completely missed the mark and as @tiny sage and many in here said from Day 1, this is 100% the biggest mistake they made not respecting players' time. And it's showing now sadly

Some of this has been addressed by now but Rengo is still unnerfed lol it's like is that really the hill to die on
