The in-game tool is actually the best possible source for that since it records real runs with real gear and you can tailor it to your own roster. You can access it by tapping the book on the top right of the dungeon selection screen and then selecting the third option that isn't "recent" or "clear time"

Yeah Epic Seven if you just watch Deity's new player series from a few months ago and save your resources for only limited banners/must pull ML5s (LDs) it's easy to be competitive very fast
