He wasn't no one was playing him, he wasnt worth the lattices investment for 99% of the players expect the few 1% try harders at the top (the same situation was is with **Nahor **who isnt exactly weak because he isn't but isn't worth investing due to competetivness in his role same with Rahu)
I think all the buffs cumuluacted and on his own he isnt as oppresive as holden (who has a little bit more utility in his kit)
I think despite not a lot of votes a lot of people would be specifficaly upset if you nerf him/rever his buffs without any sort of compensation/reset event (personally i dont want reset events anymore, due to people wanting more and more)
