I'd say at this point in E7's lifecycle, a lot of things about the Mystic banner is outdated. 200 pity, the random RGB in the banner which technically is 50/50 but also isn't and lastly imo still not really having meaningful ways to buy mystics outside of 1 weekly pull in guild shop (not counting refreshing here) that said any established player will know you can pity every 2-3 months meaning on avg of the 5-6 new ml5s a year you can pull 3-4 at full pity

In ER, you need to first get the gear to drop from pve that has way more sets to drop, then get it to drop 3 pips, then get it to have at least 3 substats, then check if it has the right main stat, then finally check if the subs are even good then you roll it
