tbh taketsumi they gonna do what they gonna do. they already shadow nerfing units and whales are getting pissed. they know this as well as anybody else.
Ultimately they know if this keeps up and people stay frustrated with no way to handle it, this will impact bottom line. saying it in this chat in a repetitive fashion wont do much.

Everyone understands what you are trying to do, but there just isnt a solution. You have one teamcomp that clears the hardest content with epic gear when nothing else works. Even if you find 3 comps of fully maxed characters it wouldnt ammount to anything. This is just disingenious to keep pretending this isnt a thing.
its not about accomplishing anything. its about accountability to the frustration the system created and allowing that expression in a way that isnt going to inevitably bleed elsewhere

Hey for someone that doesnt have lily or S sonia, im definitely going to invest into Khloros and Veronika to clear inferno Terror, yes it will take more resources but at least its a alternative than waiting around till you pull lily and s sania

I definitely respect what you're trying to do and I think it's a really positive approach to the problem which I admire. And I appreciate you actually taking the time to chat with the community about it. But the problem shouldn't have been created to begin with, which is what people are frustrated by (which I know you're already aware of). I hope more comps come to light that can auto clear, but I also just want people to enjoy the actual game as much as they did the beta.

the wall may not be as big once new things are discovered, so rushing it within 2 days for such a major change is not the solution either

Even if we get to see teams working without Lily and sania, then i gotta build 20 pjs with 100 skill ups doing a 4 min clears while they farm with the same thing everything sub 1 min 8 skill ups
i understand autoing is important here, and even those ssania teams can't auto the shell bosses yet

id personally rather have a 2/3 min auto team than a manual 30s ssania team i gotta repeat over and over
see that's where I can't agree, in gacha games in this competitive market. First impressions are everything. If you react you will get drowned when ppl leave to the next new hottest thing that isn't making them dislike the game
so that's why im just taking my time and being patient and encouraging everyone to help instead of just complaining using the same talking points we all already know

I definitely agree it should be rushed because I think once the casual playerbase reaches this and realizes just how far off they are from clearing it, they're going to get even more discouraged seeing the gap between f2p and spenders grow and probably start quitting. Casual players are not going to go through this much effort to minmax a team that can clear content like we're doing in this thread. And games need casual playerbases to survive.

That's true, it's just the limited roster due to it also being a gacha. My F2P acc is in shambles when it comes to endgame clears. That's a long ways off lmao.
(Over 450 pulls and still no Marvell or Chiaki the Echo on my f2p btw. The gacha can really f you. So even tho my whale acc is doing fine, I can see the f2p perspective and it's a little grim)
So we are suppose to sit around and wait while only a certain group of players get to enjoy the game and continue to progress at an even faster pace with the 2x near. Why are we not getting a full announcement made asking for time, which show that the devs truly are aware of the problem? Casual players aren’t gonna sit around when not even the devs will tell us info till day of. there is so many more gacha games coming out to be taking this casually imo.

Drastic changes to the progression happening after the final beta and being untested is what lead us to this.
It's funny, but after beta many of us had nothing to do and ended up watchign people from content creator server, and every single video from it essentially was obsolete the day it was released as nobody had any idea that the bosses will get buffed so much.

I've been trying to be nicer / more productive towards you because I know none of this is your fault 😂 but you gotta realize a lot of us have been 50+ for days and it's just a brick wall of progression so ppl are annoyed. the only negativity has been from the Dev's choosing to go out of their way to fix bugs they could've ignored or spent less time fixing than just remove the mechanic outright

aurora and doki seem to have quite a few easy teams so im not worried , terror has like 3 or 4 that are working with maybe some more on their way , and nico ive only seen one so far outside of ssania and am looking for more

People are happy to say it's a marathon and not a race. Income is also a marathon and not a race, in the long run a reset isn't going to affect anything (and probably not even in a short run).
We would probably see more experimental comps with resets as well
Aurora has only been cleared by 3 people on global... dunno how that's quite a few easy teams

dw ive talked about everyhting in detail and all the concerns
I watched it since I have all those except Kloss, and the Kloss, Freya, Vale, Kaz, Ril one is extremely sketchy, they lucked out countless times, Vale death cheat had to proc at least once, and the Ril was unable to even come close to one-shotting anything, meaning that it has to be manualed unless you want to have a like 5% win rate

We don't have a lot of context on these pinned teams. Manual or auto? Is it something that managed to squeak by once after 50 resets for rng or is it consistent?

taunt is about the only cc most bosses aren't immune to
He has hp% dmg, great debuffs, great turn meter pushback, a taunt to protect your squishies, and self / some team healing, and very low cds (only 3 turns on S3 when maxed).
or 3 from basic+3 from FuA
sybil with revelation is worse than dinah, rc-77, yang and victor with revelation
Why
they all have 4+ hits on the main target, just like sybil, but do something else
Sybil have 1500 base attack
rc-77 has 3 hits in aoe and has one of the highest speeds
dinah does 4 hits in aoe and applies debuffs
yang does 6 hits on the main target
victor has his own damage on top of revelation
And her skill is 3 cd perfecto for revelation
hm, base attack will matter you are right
still that's a lot less damage than yang
these are some good points followed up by making ember trek and ethernet the main PvE challenge for those endgame pve guys
sharing all feedback I can with the team
but again let's continue trying to strategize and see if there are other outs in the meantime

i feel up to hell 4 if u build right u can clear all content, inferno requires certain SSR (most light/dark or 5/5) i wuld really like inferno to be doable with optimized teams of MANY different chars
diversity-wise dokidoki is in the best spot I think
many options in each slot, a lot of teams, each has their own gearing and tuning

Let them know we're ok with Ember Trek and Ethernet Rally, Inferno Shells/Modules are the main issue
because if the farms are fixed those will become much more enjoyable by proxy
I think what they mean is that it'd be a trade-off. Something has to be the challenging part of the PvE, and it's a lot more reasonable for it to be the weekly-monthly instances than the place where we get our basics from.
I dont think inferno farming should be easy and not require a ton of careful investment/strategizing, but it also shouldnt only be possible with a lily/ssania

so in my eyes I think inferno should be something that takes a few days to get figured out for the average person, but we will know soon how much of a reality that may be

I think if they want to keep the pve this difficult the resets should not be so limited. Even if you only get a certain amount per week or 2 weeks etc. Most average players won't invest as wisely as they need to and if they realize their accs are bricked with no way to get resources back that's going to be a big concern as well. Just a thought.
on it both with all the criticisms and fears/frustrations, and also trying to figure out what solutions are for now or what solutions we dont know about that may be more accessible and autoable

Inferno has special sets that make you far stronger than anyone without them. If Inferno was just like Hell but with a slightly higher chance for mythics, this wouldn't be as big of a deal as it is.

The issue isn’t just finding a team that can clear this manually with a bit of luck — the real problem is that this is farming content, so it needs to be doable on auto.
With how strong the bosses are right now, it's practically impossible for the majority of players.
If we already have red gear at +15, perfect pets — how exactly are we supposed to improve our accounts further to handle these bosses?
Is the only option to pull on the banner and hope to get Ssania?
Or grind endlessly for perfect substats just to squeeze out a tiny bit more power?
I tried, I build obol and fangus but still can't beat it
No shadow Sania deserves to farm nightmare

inferno grim pursuit content drops higher tier mythic shells which is completely overpowered for those who are able to farm them. the equivalent would be like in threshold if inferno dropped mythic gear, but hell only dropped outstanding.
people who have ssania and lily to farm inferno grim pursuit have a massive advantage right now with higher stat shells

as a minor solace those are flat stats, they don't get affected by your %bonuses.
for example 60 more attack will translate to around 2% more damage

This definitely makes me feel like the inferno shell farms should be the first focus of what to tune down. Those extra stats / enabling 12/8/6 could make the other inferno content a little more bearable
but what I am trying to say is that the set is actually the biggest advantage

so it's bigger than the stat difference from the shell, being able to have 12 8 6 instead of 12 8 is very big

They should just redo the whole summoning Ui and function so others could obtain the unit , I don't wanna bring other game into this , but Afkj summoning- you can obtain all unit with enough summoning

My main issue is the x2 event and how the gap is going to increase even more. It simply bothers me that I won’t be able to play RTA in the coming months because players who can spend all their stamina efficiently will have a huge advantage. I have 50 stabilisers. If I carry 1000 energy and refresh during the buff event I will have around a 8500 energy.
The clear takes 5 minutes 45 seconds. Even if it gets optimised to a 5 minute clear it will take 70 hours to clear it, and in reality more as there is a minor delay between repetitive clears.
70 hours to clear it while the buff event lasts 48 hours.
I am not sure what is the purpose of those clears beside a purely academic distraction.

It's not if you are trying to establish yourself and your union at the top of the PvP leaderboards, if that's not something you're looking forward to, then all stability is worth about the same regardless of what you spend it on.
If you don’t have Sania SR, forget about PvP for quite some time.
One thing that could be done is removing the stamina penalty on death. If the bosses are really tough, let me try a thousand different team compositions and combinations.

The problem is that this issue didn’t exist in the beta, right? So why not revert the bosses’ stats to their original values?
If you have under 20 stamina it'll say that, because the restart is taking another 10 from your initial 10 before returning your initial 10, so, if on the second check it sees 9 stamina, it won't let you

The moment that DOT comp came into play, that whole approach was thrown out the window and there’s no going back. We’ll see what solution they come up with, because the more I think about it, the harder it seems.
Maybe they could have made Inferno content available starting at account level 70 or 80, so people would reach it under similar conditions. Maybe release a banner with a specific character for Nico Nana — I don’t know. But time is working against them.
Maybe it’s just me but I don’t understand the decision to make shell and gear dungeons this hard, you have content like ember trek and anisync for that. We will be farming these dungeons over and over again every day for the foreseeable future and 4-5 min runs will get old really quick.
No matter how I look at this it just can’t be healthy for the longevity of the game. Wasn’t nailing the difficulty the purpose of the 5 beta tests conducted before launch? Changing the difficulty of all pve dungeons this drastically between the last beta and launch without proper testing doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. I really want this game to thrive but the decisions by the devs, not only this one, are really puzzling to say the least
+1, and I think the approach of those in contact with the developers is flawed. This isn’t about finding overly complicated and inaccessible comps that most players can’t even build — this isn’t an Abyss floor you’re meant to clear manually. It’s content meant to be farmed automatically.

The truth of the matter is just these bosses are way overtuned and have way too much dmg and bulkiness which makes ”normal” dps:es obsolete

yes i am at inferno, I can do Inferno Nico (tho in fairness i am a whale with every l/d with multiple dupes)
however I have no need to try SR units since i have every SSR
They are also 5 min + and I don’t think forcing people to spend hours to farm gear everyday will be good for the game in any way
and the SRs i do use are mostly heal/shielding supports
ok but we have only been farming gear in hell4 for less than 2 days, when gear becomes better and people arent still using yellow gear (my lily has 312 speed with 3 pieces being yellow)

The other alternative that I have been pushing is let us run 5 units in Inferno across all dungeons
Most of us have full mythic +15 pieces on our dps and while we could improve pets by getting an additional matrix, that’s locked behind the very dungeons we can’t farm. No amount of time farming will allow us to get fast clears without dot
I think you’re just not aware of how unbalanced the bosses are — there’s no one in the entire server who can do it smoothly without DOTs.
At this point, we’re not even talking about fast clears — we’re just talking about clearing without failing on auto.
There’s no way to do that across the entire server, and we already have everything at +15. There’s barely any room left to improve our stats.

You can also get difficulty by not swiping the problems away with a credit card.
Its a bit double talk to want a challenge after swiping sway the other challenge when you can trim the fat and just do it on another account that way.
Bottom line is both wanting the challenge and being higher than others doing it

Even if you manage to clear inferno with say, a team of 3 specific RGB SSRs, that's still a huge problem - most people won't just happen to have those specific 3 RGB characters by the time they're 50, or possibly even within months. Basic gearing PvE content should be doable by most teams of proper affinity as long as they're well-invested, otherwise this game will gatekeep casual players and die out, like many other games have.

shadow sania works because her damage comes from sources that have no interaction with her stats
but this is the same in every game, dot teams always have a lower stat requirement

While every else has to have the other 2 usable units max gear with perfect sub stats. And then only then can u MANUAL the bosses most the time.

Managed to do doki inferno with this but has to be manual coz tiamat AI still stupid. I have xiada but no valerian and without valerian that comp just gets tapped so my only shielding option was tiamat + artisans
they need to rework on Tiamat and Shadow Sania AI

I never claimed f2ps were going to be able to defeat any inferno stages on day 1/2 of it being available man :p It's hard content! I figure within a week we'll start to see more comps, but I'll be monitoring it closely over the next few days.
