i know for certain there is a Make her level 45 and level up her skill twice mission i have to do later in the hyperlink charter, If i do those things and then reset her before i unlock the missions, will it still count?

You'd be very hard pressed to do that much before unlocking hyperlink, but essentially fixed milestones should always be fine, but progressive ones may or may not
Like, getting her to level 45 means it will complete even before unlocking it because the success condition is just reaching level 45
But levelling up a skill twice may either check the number of skill levels you have, which means you could do it before unlocking, or check how many times you upgraded a skill level, which would only work after unlocking it

I have already unlocked it, and quite far into it just havent reached lv 25 to unlock the missions in question
