ur turn order is completely off

as a general rule of thumb ur booster should always be going first and ur dps should be going last

both ur lian and rilmocha are faster than gray heinrich and chiaki

which means ur not doing as much dmg as u should be since ur not taking advantage of their debuffs

I was looking at this, and another problem I get is lily boosting a dps and ruining the turn order as well. Also, I would lose a lot of damage on gray to make him faster

u can use chiaki the echo instead of lily if u dont wanna deal with that

also u wouldnt need to lose dmg to get grays dmg up

give him like 3pieces of x2 swift and a shell with 2 swift and he should be much faster

u can also just make ur damage dealers slower as well
