Disagree. It forces people to use a character built to help you progress in the game and they give you a free refund within 7 days. It helps people who are new to the gear grind genre.

I don’t even understand how this is a problem…. The game gives you a free reset so all the resources you dumped into Lian will be given back to you. And in terms of offering a random / chosen SSR, that’s literally what the selection banner is for and you get a random SSR on top of that as part of the phase 2 event after lingluo

So many resources the game gives you in terms of summons and crystals and somehow that still isn’t enough. The game so far is already pretty generous at least for now. And yea lian is pretty essential for certain stages of the game for sure

If you want random gameplay the game already gives you it like stated above. Selection banner on top of a free SSR which also has a 25% of giving an LD. If you want random gameplay summon on the permanent banner then. It’s there for you

you wont need 5 resets anyway after a couple weeks, you'll be drowning in resources since you'll just farm repeatedly with a low amount of upgrades

No I mean I want to just reset every character I am not using (besides 5 or 6 the ones I’m using)

I have some characters I ain’t using and I hate that I’m missing resources in them

Yeah but games don't work like that...you have to think about what you want to do and accept mistakes.

Resetting characters for free just because you want the resources back or mistakenly built something is just isn’t happening. That’s part of these games, you think about what you wanna build and strategize with that. If you can just reset characters any time you want then it would just simply kill out farming mats for characters quick into the game’s cycle

Literally most of the gachas I play have a reset character button
