I was nearly died when doing Grim Pursuit - Shadowrunner Hard with Lian, Gray, Dorothy and Tiamat. Then I pressed restart and the screen turned into this. It stayed for quite a while without going back to the start or anything. Maybe I didn't wait for long enough, but i think it is a bug.
