I’ve had an issue wherr istead of getting the Lunar Dynasty Case Keycards, the game bought Lunar envelopes instead. I’ve lost 1k bitchips as a result of this after the game asked me to restart it, can you reverse the transaction, please? id: 1177772
It seems like that something in the shop moved, but I’ve been getting keycards before seeing my bitchips being transacted (It seems like the frenzy was removed from the shop, hence the layout change)

Yeah Frenzy has now been temporarily disabled in the shop, however, it'll return!
Can see in the system with the loss of bitchips, this case is very rare but something I've seen before with other purchases so not to worry

I lost 1k, was trying to purchase keycards. After the second purchase, the game prompted me that there was an issue and the game restarted

Yeah I did, but I didn’t touch them
After the game refreshed i noticed the mistake and the new layout, seems like the layout changed before the gun was actually removed. So the icon was the same, but the underlying item that was purchased was different. I didn’t pay attention to the confirmation prompt, maybe that would be a hint
