So I re-installed the game and i can launch the game but here is the problem, even after i downloaded the high graphic.
the map is in white, and the tower is red/blue depending on the team that took over. the play game is normal as usual, just the certain graphics problem as in the screenshot.

Update: reinstall again and the graphic issue is still the same. hard to play when u cant see the map clearly, or when u cant see players who is in the red/blue tower

New glitch: im sry idk if i should create a new post but i think ill post it here first.
Ive been under "Connecting" status now, i tried to chat but it said i cant bc i disconnected. But i can use other functions like normal (shop, trying Tutorial, loadout etc.)
it happened after i got the connecting glitch while entering the match. when i tried to reload the game (closing the game re open the game), ive been in the Connecting status until now. my friends have been seeing me online even when i dont play. its seems like my character is stuck in the glitching match..
may be if the GM team can help by disconnecting/kick my char out of the game and ill be able to login again?

yes unfortunately..i tried with a new id and i've no problem at all. i guess its with my original id.

i was in a party, i clicked Ready to search for the match, but the "Ready" mark didn't appear on my character's head, so we arent actually searching for match at all. and I couldn't click the Battle/Ready button anymore as ive clicked it. so i reload the game and thats how im in the connecting glitch now.
im not sure abt my party mate, but when i login with a new id, i could read comments from chat from our other friends who is asking me and my other party mate. my guess is he also got stuck in the glitch.
as my other friends could see me and him online despite me not online at all

By any chance, did you click ready soon as you finished the game? As I believe you got stuck in connecting limbo due to attempting to search for a game whilst your party members were still in post game
