Trouble with pistol magazines

So im having an issue with all pistols other than the p226, it seems I cannot put the magazines into the pistols no matter how hard I try the mag won’t slide into the guns. I want to use the staccato but cant reload it

Have you tried grabbing more ammo from the singleplayer boxes? I had the same issue, but I removed all default mags the pouches came with, then I just grabbed more ammo
