if your good enough with a gun then sure you could definitely do that. point shooting isnt just guessing where your gun is pointed it takes a lot of skill thats why i said learn how to point shoot.

Point shooting in cqb is so easy with.2 to 3 months of training I can easily get a 2 inch grouping while point shooting form 5 to 9 ysrds

And if you have to use a laser to aim you are a sissy

No a laser is not for point shooting it is for aiming point shooting commonly misconcepted with hip firing point shooting is whe looking from the left right or above the rifle while in the shouldered position

using a laser as communication under nods is instrumental in non verbal

i find myself using it for that more than i use it for actually shooting ngl

Using IR lasers under nods is for either non verbal communication or the person cant get a good sight picture with the nods on

the whole point is "Point shooting" shouldn't be relied on. That's just not realistic.

people point shoot all the time hell a few of my uspsa buddies even point shoot sometimes when shooting comp and it works just fine as long as your good enough. sure maybe its not the best option post 15 yards but withing that distance you should easily be able to point shoot without any issue

fair enough you shouldn't have it on all the time as its a disadvantage then because the enemy can easily detect you
