suggestions for different headset or addon for better microphone

I have an oculus rift s and for some reason I have trouble talking to people in game. Either they can’t hear me properly or can’t hear me at all. Everyone seems like they would be annoyed by that and I don’t want to annoy anyone. I’d love to play with the lovely community and take advice on how to be better at CQB and general gameplay altogether. Has anyone got any suggestions for what I can do to prevent me from annoying fellow players or to get better Vr stuff to communicate better with the players of geronimo.
