Must be active and play consistently
Good comms / mic required
No toxic behavior or inside raiding
Team player mentality
Must know callouts and basic raid defense
Be willing to farm when needed (everyone farms)
Must hold your own in PvP
Roles & Requirements
PvPers
Strong with AKs, STGs, and other weapons
Good recoil control and aim
Experience in raids and online defense
Can win fights and protect teammates
Recommended: 600+ hours
Must show PvP clips or do tryout fights
Farmers
Consistent resource grinding
Can run sulfur, metal, wood, and comps efficiently
Knows safe farming routes
Helps upkeep base and craft supplies

Monument Runners
Must know major monument routes and loot paths
Can run monuments solo or in teams
Comfortable fighting for locked crates / high-tier loot
Good awareness and callouts
500+ hours recommended
Builders
Can build strong PvP/raid bases
Understands honeycombing, bunkers, shooting floors, etc.
Can design starter to main base progression
Must know upkeep and defense layouts
600+ hours recommended
Build test may be required
