13+ years old
400+ hours in VR
Solid game sense—you know when to push, when to hold, and how to think on your feet
Based in the North American region
You don't have to farm all the time, but farm when told too

How to join?
Join the server, ping a interviewer, schedule a time, then join the call when its the said time. We will ask you how many hours, how old you are, etc.
