I was attacking two guys ECO`ng in and they upgraded the base to stone whilst I was breaking in apart from the panel I was attacking , they could also build new door frames and wall the base off. Can provide a video if you need one. Seems to be an overlooked part of the game as in Rust you cannot build or upgrade if there is raid damage

Raid block should prevent this, does it do this consistently?

yeah i got a video guy jsut upgrades his abse to stone mid raid ,

only the panel i was damaging could not be upgraded

my headsets low ill upload and link in a ticket if required

Oh, yeah that works as intended then I think. The entire base doesn't become raid blocked, just whatever pieces you've damaged
