In reality idt buckshot would be the best rounds for such a trap
It might just be me overthinking it but like a blend between birdshot and buckshot would be the best
Since youd want to increase hit probability
And a semi auto trap would be insanely hard to make so it probably be like a single shot
Technically i could think of a design but it wouldn’t be very practical
But overall i think a better design would be more of like a small mortar thing instead of a conventional shotgun
