Private servers could have 2 options creative and survival there would be a code for your freinds to type in and join you.and creative would have infinite resources for you and your freinds and survival is just the normal game

I don't believe it's planned for the near future, but it is planned. It would make sense to me to wait until a lot of the other stuff has come out and been tested on full official servers before allowing people to make their own and divert from the overall population

It wouldn't really have any bearing on people using exploits, they're going to try to do that anyway. It'd be more difficult to test that everything is working well under a full server load if the playerbase was divided between everyones private servers
