Trade directly with the Shaman using the pedestal next to her. When you come back the next day, there will be coconut shells filled with medicine similar to the medicine box. The type of medicine could depend on the value of the items you give her, or what kind of plants you give her (eg. giving her lotus flowers will result in sickness medicine)
