so to be able to break the top of a barrel and just let it fill with water , i know it will be hard to get to the bottom so if a container its put inside it just fills up

u can burn them, same with the other wooden items found in the water, or use them as shelves

You can collect water with coconut shells but its on short use , even if you dont drink from the shell the water its gona desapier slowly or all at once
