They read the suggestions! But game development takes a long time, they are a smaller team, and not every suggestion can mesh with the overarching theme of the game

MrYobo's right! "Reported to devs" is for bugs only. I go through the suggestions every day... and the reviews... and all of the comments in social media.. and all of the new content from content creators and collect the suggestions together 😄
