I have loaded in a save after a few days of not playing and a few seconds later I am getting insane framedrops.
It never happened to me before but considering I can't open the menu and restart the game makes it impossible to play.
I load in the game and a few seconds later I am getting a headache from the lag
I am using a meta quest 3 with steamvr, my pc specs are:
-RTX 4070
-AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
jagged hazel
Iirc I've heard people get a much smoother experience by launching through meta instead of steamvr, maybe that can help?

Sorry for the late response but I'm on virtual desktop because oculus link doesn't work for me. And Virtual desktop doesn't support meta
