No it’s easy. I got stuck on a part tho due to confusion and forgetting something but overall it’s not hard.

I did not take the course material but I suggest taking the course material for the exam if you do not have any experience at all.

Is the course material worth it? (For knowledge & is it organized?) I didn’t take it but might in the future for extra knowledge that i might not know.

I hear it’s good for people needing the foundational knowledge 🤷‍♂️

It's very long, and goes in depth on nse/msf, some other stuff is teased upon (remember that there are more courses to buy, citizen)

It is after all still a beginner course, but they redid them some years ago and I'd say it's en par with pnpt

Idk i hear pnpt is a bit more difficult since it involes a bit of OSINT, web-app to grt a foot hold on the external network then pivot to internal. I’m studying for the PNPT have not taken the exam yet tho and got the PJPT Cert. have you taken pnpt yet?

I’ve been told if you can do PNPT then CPTS shouldn’t be too difficult.

I’m not asking for details, i’m asking which part as in the OSINT portion, the AD env, the web-app portion etc. all of these topics are public knowledge from what TCM tells you. (I should have worded my question better ig)

I’m aware, & it’s fine. i know what’s able to be discussed and what’s not. I read their discord server rules as well as their exam rules lol. Got their PJPT earlier this year and should be taking the PNPT this month or next month.

Just got the eJPT, it wasnt really difficult after all.. though I despise environments that don't let you use your own VM

Yea, the downside was how long it took to load things and using a bit of a different command due to tool versions

No, The PJPT was more focused on AD and did not have multiple choice questions. I think they were almost equal to each other in level of difficulty. Both were easy especially after you get the flow going. (This is just my opinion since i did not do the eJPT course material for the exam)
