Hammer turned into axe

Hi my hammer turned into an axe on my tool wheel, so now I have two axe and no more hammer. Is this bug going to be fixed soon?

You can change which tools are on which parts of the wheel. I'm not sure if you're on PC or switch but there should be a tooltip when you hover over the wheel in the bottom right to tell you how to swap between.
