Not sure about how it is on switch, but on PC afk-ing for a few seconds would automatically pause the game. It would be nice if when you sit the automatic pause won't happen.
Fainting while being AFK would not be a problem as there's no penalty for it, but I think it's better when you sit inside of your house, instead of fainting, it's just like sleeping normally. I mean, it makes sense, doesn't it? There's people who'd sleep anywhere else but the bed in their house.

yes! in adition if your AFK for to long your character could (if your in the house) go sit on a sittable item all by itself) or if your outside have its own isl Sit down or laydown like in the title screen!
