Just a slight correction, they did meet before, such as the remembrance ceremony when they were kids.
And while normally I'd have an argument for step-siblings are still siblings and all that, I let it slide in this case because Anabella sucks and I'm sure Dion absolutely does not acknowledge her as family, marriage to his father or no.
The only one who still would is Joshua because he is simply too pure for this world and still offered to help her when she absolutely did not deserve it

it's not even about anabella sucking or not. i know they met as child, i played the msq (thank god it wasn't a sidequest). i'm just being dramatic for funsies. but when they met, they absolutely had no connections besides being nobility. even if dion aknowledged anabella as a step mother, dion and joshua hadn't seen each other for years after that and so had zero bonding as step brothers.
it's not like joshua was adopted into the family and they grew as siblings until they were seperated, like clive and jill, which are much more "step siblings" than dion and joshua. not coming for them though, love them together.
