Writing a story that involves suspense and murder. Have a scene with a woman asleep under the covers in a dimly lit room. Her back is bare apart from a unique birthmark. Can I create this image? Can I hell.

Seriously thinking of leaving this platform. Not seen restrictions as severe as this one anywhere. It told me it couldn't use the word 'bare' because it was relating to a 'child', which was itself related to the fact I described the sleeping woman as 'petite'.

After 47 failed generations I give up.

everytime they reset, unless you have won some from a challenge, quest or daily...in which case they are going to be used first but if you dont use them they carry foward.

back when we were kids, the logic around games was simple...I could even replicate some in reality

as we grew up, the logic and work behind it got so overly sophisticated...its very hard to work with if you aren't willing to shell out multiples of hours refining your idea over and over

these are level of design. mechanics are just rules. dynamic is how the game play given set of rules.
aesthetic is how the gameplay feels like roguelike you start with very basic then you get more items/relics that you can feel 100x stronger than you started.

the moment you step into that, the illusion of "Fun" dissappears altogether. Now that you know its all bunch of numbers

game is not as fun for creator because he knows the ins and outs, its fun for people who have been handed that since its a mystery

this is why creation takes dedication, effort and discipline

a creator's joy is in watching people play happily
