I wonder if there's a way to do this with a combination of Content Reference and Character Reference - if you're able to export a still image of the two characters, then remove the background, you could then use that as an input image to create a start frame. Probably a few more steps I'm missing, but something like that

One thing to keep in mind is your Content Refs and any other references can mess with it - I tend to keep Content Ref strength at Low or Mid, and Char Ref ALWAYS on High. I also have a pool of images for each char and I use only those base images but switch up content, style refs, etc.

Sometimes the hair can be different, but the face is always spot on for me using those guidelines

you need to open the image you want to edit in your library

and then at the bottom, there's a new prompt box and settings and such

if you need to get your image into the library first, just run it thru Img2Img at maximum to prevent Leo from changing the image

you can get realistic images with all models. there's a very new "Lucid Realism" model thats pretty neat, but if you're looking for afforable as well, then go with Leonardo Lightning, i would think.. as long as you prompt right, you should get it with most models

Hello what is the best model so far right now and what's the difference? I thought phoenix was the best but I've seen new updates and models can anyone tell me what they are best for?

They all have pros and cons so it’s hard to point to one and say “THIS is the best in all situations”

Even Phoenix has its limitations. But if we need to choose a single one for the exercise , I’d say the GPT-Image-1 preset has a near perfect prompt adherence. On the other hand, since it follows the prompt so closely, every details must be precisely specified. (Also it’s a lot pricier than other presets 🤣)

Phoenix has a great prompt adherence as well, with a pretty strong creativity as well, but the styles can feel limited sometimes.

Other presets may have narrower styles and use-case: Anime, Illustrations, etc..
Like the new Lucid Realism is great at making photo realistic pictures (especially to use as a starter frame of a Motion animation)

Legacy mode leads to old screen model with old generation models

Flux Dev is also a very powerful model. It’s similar to Phoenix but has a different training so it may be better for some style and vice-versa.

Flux Shnell is like the cheaper/faster model. Great at quick generations and to fine tune or test prompts

Flux Kontext is their newest one, also better at understanding LLM style prompts (like describing the image to an assistant who will draw for you)

Also Kontext and GPT-1 can then be used for Omni-Editing: when you look at a single generation, you can use a prompt bow below the image to ask for modifications. Like “change the color of the shirt and have the character hold a cookie” type of prompt

Haven't tried the new Veo3 integration, it seems it's only 5-6 s long and not 8s like most of veo3

Hi guys, I used to use Leonardo AI primarily in the summer of 2023. I recognise it's made some massive improvements since then but one thing that I'm quite sad about is the fact that you can no longer search for keywords.

I write in my spare time and so I used to draw a lot of inspiration and learn a lot from how people would prompt models to create characters, but it seems like there's no way to find other people's creations. Even if I go to following feed in library, it only shows me a handful of recent creations from the people I follow. Apart from reusing my old prompt styles from my own library history, is there any other way for me to be able to find character creations and learn from the prompts?
