They’re probably both on the fence. I’m guessing they got light side points for atmosphere and tone, and dark side points for being surreal. It might have taken the reflected face in the first image to be a distorted version of the woman’s face, which could have earned dark side, whereas in the second they’re obviously not connected

Here are a few points of confusion: 🫠

1. Is the cooldown time based on 15-minute intervals?
2. Regarding the Light and Dark score offset: "Your Light total subtracts from your Dark total (and vice versa)"—does this mean that after an individual's Light and Dark scores are settled, they contribute to their own camp’s benefits?
3. For the Light and Dark camps, is affiliation determined by the camp with the highest total score?
4. Is the upgrade mechanism based on automatically advancing according to the score?

you only get points for 10 images every 15min. so if you post 11 images right now, you'll only get points for the first 10. then you gotta wait 15min to get points again.

every user has their own "thermometer". if you get two dark points and one light point, your score is 1 dark. you dont have separate light and sark scores.

so you best choose a side and try to maximise that side score

4. Tier progression: As your personal alignment score increases, you automatically move into higher tiers. When you reach a new tier, your points do not reset, but you start competing on a new leaderboard for that tier. Each tier has its own reward bracket, and the top user on each side within that tier wins a prize—so climb fast and stay consistent!

Hmm it appears if I have a style reference it has a completely different result

I had this prompt, but with the one where I provided a style reference (it had an image of humans). There were no aliens on sight

however upon removing the reference - i got the right result

style reference applies colours and textures. not shapes and characters.
if i put a picture of broccoli as the style ref image, and then prompt for clouds, the clouds will be mostly gren and have the texture of broccoli.
i suspect you were using it wrong

Too much of the really fun stuff is behind a paywall for me.

The Kino XL model does great with the style I'm going for, and if the face is big it does face consistency well (smaller faces, words, details in the background... not so much).

Phoenix is MUCH better at those details, but without the functionality I can't properly compose a scene (most of what I'm doing is making keyframes for a show I'm animating mostly in Veo) or get faces and other character details consistent.

I can still hack it. It just takes burning more gens and getting a bit more creative, limiting the scene, or some such.

I think I experimented once and it didn't go well. I figure I'll try again if I have extra credits at the end of my month, but I get tons of Veo gens in the beta so that's my focus on the animation side, and it works REALLY well with my style.

It's very good to take advantage of each platform... I'm currently very involved with my work, but before I diversified a little more, now I'm mostly in Leo, so as not to get rusty x)

I've played with Leo on and off in free, but just started paying this month and zeroing in on it to get style and character consistency so I can make an actual show. One step at a time, but it's coming together, and if that update comes and I bump up to a higher membership, I'll have enough credits to play with video more. The Veo beta won't last forever, so I'm always looking for fallbacks, on top of what I get in Poe.

My subscription renewal is coming up in mid-June. My renewal and likely upgrade to Maestro all depend on 720p. Is the 720p quality good AND does it fall under relaxed generations? This is what I need to know to make an informed decision.
I.e. I need to bridge the gap until then.

My questions:

1. I could go monthly til then, but would I lose my rollover tokens?
2. When there have been special offers in the past, such as Black Friday, did those deals also apply to upgrades within a running subscription (I would continue my current yearly) or only to new subscriptions (I would cancel and go monthly) ?

I think they said if any get a lot of upvotes, botti may increase the score, but generally botti just assigns a score and side for each posted image.

to a extent, however most models are usually clean and not NSFW friendly to a extent. You can't use blacklisted words making it even harder to generate that kind of stuff. Its still possible that it might show up however it wont be all that much of good quality

there are ways to get something saucy, but no further since models themselves do not support it.

just to clear this one out: the Character LoRA is not yet available; however, you can make a dataset and use it for character consistency with an Object LoRA and it will give you great results too 🙂 that's what we've been doing while waiting for the actual Character one

i'm told it's only unavailable for Flux. but it is already an option for the other stuff

well, you can't really select "Character" at all right now, that's why the workaround has been to use the object one and then either create or select a dataset for a character, then you can call it on each model depending on what base model you select

and to make it more visual, you can select the character category at the end, in advanced Settings

i've never done a training thing, but someone told me to just choose whatever from that page and then choose character from the next page. but 🤷‍♂️

I like summer, but winter without snow is a bit ridiculous xD... and the cold is colder even if it doesn't seem like it... snow makes time stop so to speak
