I know there was some issues with Motion in the past weeks but didn’t hear of other issues at the moment.

You can communicate with Leonardo support directly using the purple chat icon in the lower right corner of the web page ( )

They will be able to have direct access to your account and see if anything is preventing Motion generations for you.

Hey everyone, today i try first time this KI I’ve been training a character model in Leonardo AI, but the results are turning out really weird. Instead of looking like the images I trained with, the character comes out distorted—with strange facial structures, unnatural asymmetry, or even robotic/glitchy features.

🔹 Here’s what I did:

I uploaded multiple images with different angles and expressions.

Used SDXL 1.0 as the base model.

Kept the trigger word consistent and relevant.

Ensured lighting and color tones were somewhat uniform.

🔹 But here’s the problem:

The face doesn’t stay consistent; each generation makes it look off.

Some renders have weird proportions, making the character look unnatural.

It sometimes adds mechanical or cybernetic elements randomly (even though I didn’t specify that).

The quality seems worse than the original images.

🔹 My Questions:
1️⃣ Why is my trained model deforming my character instead of keeping the structure?
2️⃣ Are there any recommended training settings to keep the model faithful to the reference images?
3️⃣ Could the base model choice be affecting the outcome?
4️⃣ How can I make sure the AI generates high-quality, consistent characters without unwanted distortions?

Would love any advice on what might be going wrong and how to fix this. Thanks! 🚀

have you tried re-training it? maybe add a different batch of images for the model to have better details

I have my own trained model and I'm happy with it, even when it isn't 100% accurate to what I want, it stays around 85-90% accurate

I asked Deepseek with reasoning what the most detailed character sheet is I got a long template. I stripped it down to appearances only had chatGPT gave it a polished rewrite, filled it out with Pikachu details and then created an elderly wealthy Pikachu variant and created a 1278 character image prompt out of it. This is what I got.

I have a list of variant ideas to test out one of them is for ghost and I’ve done a bit of research and I’ve settled on one type called the apparition now I haven’t had much luck with ghosts and I tried to generate a Pikachu that looks like it is disintegrating or slowly vanishing I believe one of the words I used was dissolution, but it seems that Leonardo just doesn’t work well with those kind of images

I can generate a bunch of variations just fine but as soon as I try it out something wispy that’s when I run into problems

There are different ways to describe a ghost and the one I like most is translucent or semi-transparent, but it seems like Leonardo AI has a hard time, but that sort of stuff unless you know what you’re doing

Similar to a hologram but more supernatural/ethereal

but I’m hoping with that long high-quality character sheet template I created I could finally generate a good-looking ghost

I just tried a tony of times now with zero luck.

I’m just wondering, you update the site all the time, but how often do you update the apps either Apple or not?

I don’t really know how many use this site as compared to the downloadable apps, but I have been slightly curious about flux and the only thing I sometimes use the site for is describe with AI and enhance prompt. I’d like to see the flux available in the app at some point.

"Flow State" - Not sure if this has been reported before or if it's just me? 🤔

1. If you hover over one of the stage images (1,2,3 etc.) right nearby the buttons "Classic Mode" and "Flow State", a modal opens where the different styles are shown - but color scheme with the dripper icon is shown over-sized.

2. Sometimes (couldn't yet figure out when it happens) the left column of created images either don't react on hover or only a part of each image (mostly the right part) reacts on hovering with the mouse. Sometimes even a tooltip "Copy to clipboard" appears instead but with no button at all. Looks to me as if a layer is invisible there and reacting instead.
