I encounter an issue in "Flow State"... not sure if I'm the only one?

Here's the step by step:

1. Select "Image generation" and switch from "Classic Mode" to "Flow State" (imo very important!)
2. Now click on the sparkling stars button (not sure what it's called) near by the "Generate" button and select "Describe with AI".
3. Select any image, click "Confirm" and wait until the prompt is set into the prompt box.
4. Next, define the "Image Dimensions" (!) you want - something different than 1:1.
5. If you now click on "Generate" the image size is reset to default (1:1) - while the resulting images fit the initially selected dimensions.

Is it just me or is it a known issue or is this maybe even wished...?

I feel like ever since the logging in issue happened a few weeks ago, the website has stopped functioning like before. Constant crashes and sometimes I have a hard time even loading the website. I think there's issues with some versions of safari not playing nice with Leo. I started using Brave for this reason, but I would expect that Chrome would work if that were your issue. If you can tell me what your leo username is, I can escalate this for you, since I'm guessing with that error you can't use intercom

I get the application error about once or twice a week myself, it doesn't really affect me too much as you just reload the page (web app) and it goes away, but certainly something devs may want to look into because if it is a client error, it is pointing to the browser, and that could potentially mean there may be some compatibility issues going on in the background

I already have my story, my script and screenplays: I produced, in free version, several images and I found the style that I wanted for this spot: those images (and others that I generated with other IAs) I have not yet been able to upload them on the App of Leo.ai, and for this I am still experimenting and trying if it is possible.
The support of Leonardo.ai, yesterday, answered me that at the moment it is not possible to upload your own images, but I am seeing online that many do: on my App, however, I see the screens different from those used by others (dated 2025, therefore contemporary), such as the Upload Image Button that I don’t have and others do.

what would be the best approach to make a transparent background for a motion video? in the help channel only the bot answers

As it replied, there’s no way for now to generate a transparent Motion.

Otherwise, it’ll be the same as any video, if there’s a green or blue background you can use a chroma key

Some video softwares like Final Cut Pro will include some features to detect the main subject and separate them

well that's a bit misleading.. i came to leonardo because of the transparent generation, and I expected motion to be the same.. unfortunately i don't have a main subject, but I'll see what i can do

motion is generated in mp4 which does not support transparency. I've found I have good results when I generate with a solid background and use chroma key in davinci resolve

There appears to be a problem with accessing older images in the library.
Images older than 2 months still show up in the library, but when I click on the image I get:

"Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)"

And the problem is not browser related. I just tried two different ones.

• Upscaled images: The last upscaled image from yesterday works. All others, no matter how old, do not work
• Flow State generated images older than ca. 2 month do not work, no matter if upscaled or not
• Old images generated with other models such as Cinematic seem to work. I was able to access a Cinematic generated image from last August.

I just created an image in Realtime Gen, and I can't view in my Library. When I click on it, I get this error message: "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)." I can view other images in my Library fine. The browser console has a ton of "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT" errors in it.

If I go to Image Generation and see my previous generations, I can click and view the image in question.

I logged out, deleted all cookies associated with Leonardo, logged back in and the issue persists. This image used up all my remaining tokens so I'm at 0 now, could that be the problem?

Not a big deal though as I can still view it from the Image Generation screen. Just not from the Library.

I've been generating some boudoir styled images with Flow State and the refined prompt always have at the end "Associated Press style"

Hi! I have some trouble with the App: I am in contact with the support, but I would ask you if anyone has the same problem. Vvideos and images that I have in My Library don't work, I mean that when I click on them it appears an error. I mean, if I open images or videos from "Create Image" (in the left bar) allows me to open them but if I do it from "Library" keeps giving me that error. It looks like a bag, in my humble opinion. I tried all the options - refresh my browser, log out and In, check my internet connectio, disable any third-party application, clear my cache or cookies + site data, try to disable any firewall or VPN, choose different browser - ans it still doesn't works.

what styles do you use a lot, for it to use that? each style option comes wiht keywords in the prompt. that one's gotta be from one you use a lot, if you see it a lot

What I mean is that when I write a normal prompt and the Prompt Enhancer is enabled, it will always make a shorter prompt and it always end with the "Associated Press style" at the end
So if I want to preserve my original prompt I guess I'll have to turn off the Prompt Enhancer

So I checked and the issue still persists. Both on desktop and mobile browser. I don't know what causes it. I will try to create a new image with Realtime Gen and see if it's the same.

It's the same with the new image. 🤔 So it's not the image, it's something with images created with Realtime Gen not viewable through the Library menu.

The Universal Upscaler should do what you're looking for
