Do you also experience the following phenomenon in "Flow State"?
When clicking on one of the previous generations (e.g. 1, 2, 3) in the line below the prompt area you return to the generation that was made before you hit "More like this".
So far, so good.
But then suddenly (without any click) an image in this generation is shown in preview... and I have no idea why?

I think I might have found the issue:

• Click on an image in e.g the second generation (to watch it in preview).
• Now click in that preview window(!) "More like this" -> you'll get a new (third) generation in the chain.
• Now click in the third generation any image (to see a bigger preview of it) and go through all images using just the right arrow key until the end (the preview window closes).
• If you now click on the second generation in the chain below the prompt box to return to these images, the preview window is popping up again using the index of the latest image you watched in preview of the third generation.

Have to admit - it's a bit confusing... but finally, I can reproduce it.

The AI generates slightly different images, even when you run the same prompt and settings over and over. the "seed" tells you which random it chose to go with for any image.
if you lock in a seed. using the same prompt and settings will generate the same image every time.

to a small extent, if you only change a very small bit of a prompt, it will only change a small bit of the image sometimes
the seed is more for comparisons and researching changes by seeing if a new update still reproduces the same image or such things

I could use a better comic style mode, that allows me to arrange the series of boxes that I want images in. I think a different prompt for every box would be easiest, but if there was some way to automate that, like, "a 3 frame of a blonde guy standing up from the table," Then it gives me the x-amount pictures that involve that person standing up, that keeps chars and styles. Could probably use individual rerolls of boxes rather than the whole frame. You know, magic stuff plz. Who knows if any of that is possible but u guys make crazy things happen all the time. 🙂

Do some of you also experience the phenomenon that images do suddenly change in Flow State?
I mean, I see an image in the list I like, click on it to see it in the preview modal and the image is shown ... but half a second later the image suddenly changes and the initial image is no longer visible/accessible.
That's very rarely happening but it does.
And no... I didn't click or press any button. 😂

yes. its more noticeable with text in images.
i think what you see in flowstate is just previews of images. when you open them, or save them to gallery, the AI still needs to "finish making them"..
in my mind, thats how flowstate can afford to make so much so quickly, by just giving us previews of how the image looks "pretty closely" and only fully generating the ones you look at closer.

or perhaps its something else entirely. idk

I don't know why such a helpful feature would be removed. With that said, I'm having a hard time recreating some of my early generations with a specific style with all the changes that have happened over the last year. At one point it was hoped they’d be able to restore it, but it would require a major change to the database in order to support it, and any change to databases comes with a risk of data loss or corruption. Is anyone else experiencing random futuristic images that are created within Flow State generations?

Will this be fixed before the trial date ends, to ensure we do not have tokens wasted? It mostly happens in the 1st stage of Flow State, but after you select a style the futuristic images will disappear in stage 2 or 3.

If you have no style selecting in the first round of generations, then wouldn't these be from the Sci-fi style?

I always select my styles to ensure it matches the project's tone, but yes that would be a good guess on the backend... maybe the system is not recognizing the prompt and style reference for some generations in stage 1. Here you can see no images are out of the desired prompt or range, only downfall is the amount of wasted generations to get here.

Even when you have selected your chosen styles, it may occasionally show images from other styles, and it will do more so as you scroll down.
Meaning the first batch of 8 will adhere the most closely to your selection, and provide more variation with each new batch.

@narrow sapphire, I see your suggestion in the suggestions channel. I might be wrong, but I think those suggestions are about Leonardo.ai the tool and not for ideas about the discord community. Those ideas can just be shared with anyone here, when you see someone with a Red coloured name.
Also, btw, we used to have a self-promotion channel.

We did used to have a Self Promo channel but the only people that used it were the people posting self promo. No one clicked the links so it was pointless to keep it going. We don't mind people dropping links if its in the natural flow of conversation or to help someone but we don;'t let people drop links and run lol
