yeah, our house is for sure more insulated than my parents' place down in the southern US. The other day husband was trying to install a new fan in the washroom, but the space is packed with so much insulation he has to find a different way.

We don't have underfloor heating, but we really should look into it. My parents have heated floors in their washroom, and again, they live in the south lol

The one I find the hardest is the water temperature. The pipes up here are more resistant to bursting, but the water that comes out of the faucet before it warms up is like picking up snow in your bare hands. You have to either wait and waste water, hope the water warms up before you freeze your fingers off lol.

First of all it said there would have been 1 x first place winner, 1 x 2nd place winner and so on.
But when the winners were announced there were two of each. So that was a lot more token handed out than initially aniticpated. So those extra tokens could have been distibuted to more people, even like 100 each and people would have felt recognised

It is essential that with all contests, the rules of engagement, the prizes AND how the winners are chosen is in writing up front, so everyone knows what's happening.
I was asked 'how do we vote' about the Runway contest, and I told that person, "oh those official challenges aren't voted on, the team decide the winners".
And then I was wrong because it suddenly changed to voting part way though as WinterOak has mentioned.

It should also be noted that when asked, how the winners were chosen, was it voting, was it the team's decision, or combination of both ... no answer was given.
