Is there a tutorial on the best practice for having an existing image edited? In my case, I have a previously generated image of a man wearing glasses. They are round, but I need the glasses to be more squared-off instead. Taking it into canvas editor, doesn't do well (without erasing his entire face, which creates an entirely different face)... Trying to erase the roundness of the glasses doesn't allow for a square'ish replacement.

main downside to Leo are the filters they are so incredibly frustrating

example
High Definition. High Quality. Highly Detailed. Wide-Angle View. A sultry** 27 year old **witch, battling wizard, surrounded by crows

27 year old triggers that I am trying to make bad kidy stuff, remove it and it's fine, this is not on anime this is Pheonix, it very very frustrating and can't be reporting it to be wrong every single time, if it wasn't for the filters Leonardo would be perfect, it can make simple prompts really irritating, I wanted a character with chubby cheeks the other day it flagged as me trying to make kidy stuff but I was trying to make a character that wasn't super skinny, and more plus size, I have chubby cheeks I am 37, I had one flag because I put her as "reading on a bench" reading in the park was ok but reading on a bench flagged as trying to make kidy stuff.... just a vent but having these things for a long time constantly flagging up is so aggravating. Wish they'd rethink their filters. I've had very odd combinations flag.

Well, actually managed to solve it. Stripe seems to have a problem with using virtual disposable cards as the payment method

ahh, I will pass that along. I have had that issue before, as well, not with Leo but elsewhere. it can depend on the particular card provider, I guess based on whatever details they send along to payment processors, but it's good to know that's an issue people are encountering

It also does break the whole subscription service if the payment is unsuccessful (canceling the subscription acts as if you succeded but then freaks out with a whole slew of errors, even tries to offer a free month even though you never paid) so I would recommending handling that edge case

Guys I am confused. I am currently on holidays from my school and I want to work on adobe stock. I did ask this question previously as well but I don't know why I am not satisfied. If I use images from leonardo and upload them to Adobe is that a breaking of policies ? Talking to other image generators they say yes it is, even though I did ask this from leonardo support (website) and they say no it is not breaking their policy but at the same time their policy mentions "we cannot use the products to develop anything competitive". But adobe says they use our AI image to train AI models. Isn't this competitig with leonardo ?

Some AI image generators do not give their users commercial rights to use the images. As the developers of the software, it is their perogative to allow people to or not to. Leonardo.ai does give its users commerical rights as it works with business and design professionals.

Leonardo wants designers to use their AI generator in commercial settings, which includes selling images on stock image websites

Here are the three parts to your question as I see it.

1. If I use images from leonardo and upload them to Adobe is that a breaking of policies? No it's not against the policies of Leonardo. When you create an image you have the rights to your image, and Leonardo also have the rights to use your image. If your images are set to public, then others can use your images too. See section 8
   https://leonardo.ai/terms-of-service/
   Note also that if anyone steals your images and resells them, there isn't really a lot you can do and Leonardo doesn't provide a service for image disputes.

2. But adobe says they use our AI image to train AI models.
   Yes Adobe use images from Adobe stock to train their own AI model. In this case that dispute would be between Leonardo and Adobe, and there is nothing on the Terms of Service to specify where you can and can't upload or sell your images, but this may change in the future as the landscape of AI image generation evolves.

3. Isn't this competing with Leonardo?
   In an ideal world Leonardo's images would not be used in a data training set by Adobe. However, at this current stage, Adobe would be using all the images available to them, these include real photos, real paintings, non-AI digital artwork etc, as well as AI images. In this case the dataset of Adobe, (which we are not responsible for) will contain a weatlth of different images, and be capable of producing outputs that differ from Leonardo and would not necessarily be in competition with it. But the main take away here is; whilst it's wise to be considerate of this, it isn't for you to worry about right now.

Many of the people on this discord community are selling images on various different platforms. If Adobe is your main concern you might consider another platform for selling your creations.

Yes go head. There is something on the adobe platform where you have to declare that it's AI generated.
You are free to go ahead and sell your images. Hope you can earn a bit of cash. 🙂
