actually I used to have a leonardo.ai sub, back when it first came out, and I kept it for almost a year until I got side tracked with other things and didn't have time

I was thinking about subbing again, but I noticed the moderation filter has become so invasive and abusive that you can't do even the most basic images

for example, here's prompt I tried:

two cute young women kissing at night in a park overlooking a city, one woman has off the shoulder sweater and black hair, other woman is taller and has light brown hair, taller woman has asian features, shorter woman has georgian features, shorter woman is wearing suit jacket

I like doing things with people in it, and if that's impossible because of the filter I don't know if it's worth the money

it literally said like something about children or something insane

I've tried all kinds of things but I keep getting the filter on very SFW stuff of people

the filter is much stricter on free mode, unfortunately, due to abuse. With the paid sub, there are still false positives, but you can report them, and it's AI based, so sometimes even just resubmitting works

According to leonardo's privacy policy do we have the commercial right ?

If yes then can we upload our AI generated image on adobe stock ? Keeping in view that adobe has stated that they might use those images to train their AI models.

Yes, Zeero you have the commercial rights to the images you create with Leonardo, and can do as you please with them.

As for uploading them to Adobe, this would be solely between you and Adobe, and under their Terms of Service, not Leonardo's.
Of course if the images contained commercial/intellectual property of existing businesses that you do not own, like logo's, etc, then you would be subject to standard copyright law.

I am not uploading any kind of logo's or things that represent any real world company or authority my images are solely based on environment pictures for example sunset images, an image of a bicycle (no logo )

I have asked this question because recently I came over an AI image generation website and when I asked the same question from them they said it is stated in their policy we can't use images to compete with them and I thought this can compete as adobe is using those images to train AI.

And it's a fair question to ask, as there are variations between the AI image platforms' Terms of Use and image ownership.
But Leonardo has always maintained that the users own their image generations.

@dense gazelle as a user, I dont think you need to concern about platform whether they are competing or not. it is their issue. think about your rights is enough. if you have right to use those image that you upload, leo will protect your right on this platform

basically, the paid plans unlock all the different types of features, and the higher levels add things like extra tokens and access to the relaxed queue for unlimited gens

I cannot believe that after all this time, Leonardo STILL doesn't have a solution for distorted hands? I remember I signed up 6 months or so ago and this was an issue. I signed up again due to some new features they implemented, but I completely forgot about the hand issue.

When will developers ever get this fixed? You're busy implementing new filters, styles, and UI, but not implementing fixes for the most glaring issue your users have been suffering through for a very long time. In the meantime, you're leaking customers left and right because of this. I have a subscription to MJ and Leonardo, but I most likely wont be continuing with Leonardo due to this long standing issue.

this isn't a leo thing, this is a AI problem. New models are somewhat better however depending on subject of your prompt there is still chance of that occuring

most of the Finetuned models here are based on SD or SDXL as base, unless they have fixed that. Leo can't do much about it
