Am I the only one who thinks that the newer models are a step back when it comes to character diversity and skin quality for photorealistic generations? From my point of view, Absolute Reality + Alchemy + Refiner still gives the best results while for the newer models I feel it got more or less trained based on pictures of the same person (the generated faces and bodies all look kind of similar).

I just in every day applications try to use SDXL in other case I would use ale my credit points in Leonardo in no time. You can put text in your prompt like "a speech bubble that says 'hello, everybody!' " and it will most probably do it 😄

In the canvas, if you decrease the "inpainting" strenght, it will stay more and more similar to what's under it. Make sure Inpainting is at 1.0 and use a very brief and descriptive prompt of what you want to see instead

Not sure where to post this: Was something intentionally changed with Image Guidance Strength setting today?

It used to perform beautifully (even earlier today).
But tonight if I go below Strength 34, it absolutely loses its mind and gives me hideous "body-horror" images.

I've used Image Guidance Strength regularly for a few months, and pretty much had it down to a science - And this is nothing I've ever seen before.
It is basically completely broken now for anything below 34.

*FWIW: It's not my prompt. Same prompt worked properly/as expected earlier today.
I also tested some previous images with their exact prompts and they are also now broken.

1. The possibility of model change is unlikely but still possible. I think you're on the right track to detect changes by replicating the same settings. You just need to also use FIXED SEED AND have exact setting/dimension/elements/image source/etc to fully attribute source of change. Missing any one of this is missing something from equations.

its sad SD3 has made suicidal moves with the bad license agreements with tantamount to killing the whole thing.

I guess no SD3 for here now..

Thanks for the input. Yes, that makes sense for regular generations, and agree with your statement for that scenario.

In this case, I'm using the model and settings with Image-to-Image. I've used very carefully tested variations of these settings for months, so kind of "know it like the back of my hand" how this model and combination of settings will respond, and what it may or may not yield within a certain tolerance.

I almost always get something "pretty" even as I change certain specific settings.
Last night it was suddenly yielding hideous images. Like "body horror" level of hideous.
Definitely something was broken.

I didn't have time today to test thoroughly, but with a few runs it seems better now, so they must have caught it and fixed it.
